Nothing, it is perfect.

Convenient location, close to Old Town and tram stop. Surprisingly good cooked breakfast. Cozy temperature despite cold weather. Stylish dining room with a stage. Attentive English-speaking staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms had large windows that overlooked a lovely patio, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The double bed was big and comfortable, and there was even a small couch for a child, just like in the photos. Secondly, the location was fantastic. Situated in a nice square up the hill, it offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was a delightful experience. The former theater setting added a touch of elegance, and the breakfast itself was satisfying with a wide range of options.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Disappointing view from room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was served in an old theatre, providing a unique experience. The location was also excellent, with plenty of nice restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore the city, and the train station was also very close.

Our xmas experience at this hotel was overall pleasant. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the room was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the daily provision of tea and coffee. the location was also convenient, with the main attractions within walking distance. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast, offering a variety of options and great coffee.

the first room we were given was not clean, with used tissues and sweets left on the floor.

I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even organizing a cab for us when we had an early morning departure. The location was great too, within walking distance of the main train station and the Astronomic Clock.

The breakfast selection could have been improved slightly. Although there was plenty to eat, I noticed that some of the toilets near the breakfast hall were out of toilet paper, which was a bit disappointing.
